Directions to Skydive Carolina

Skydive Carolina is centrally located between Charlotte and Columbia, right on the border of North and South Carolina. Once you get off the highway, the ride to the dropzone is a pleasant drive through farmland and open fields … unless you get lost!

Charlotte, NC to Skydive Carolina
Some GPS apps send our Charlotte guests to the dropzone via Exit 82 in Rock Hill – that’s an unnecessarily long route. We suggest you take Exit 77 instead.
- Take I-77 South to Exit 77.
- Take a RIGHT off the exit ramp. Within 1 mile the road will fork.
- Stay on the LEFT, remaining on 121.
- Proceed STRAIGHT for approximately 14.5 miles, remaining on 121.
- Take a RIGHT onto 909 Aaron Burr Road. There will be an Airport sign and you will immediately cross over railroad tracks.
- At the 4-Way Stop, take a RIGHT, remaining on 909. You are now 5 minutes away!
- LANDMARK: 3 Blue Silos. As you round the bend on 909 you will see these silos.
- Take a RIGHT onto State Road 190 / Darby Road. Skydive Carolina will be on your left.
- Turn LEFT onto King Air Drive. You will see the large Skydive Carolina sign at the entrance.
- Welcome to Skydive Carolina!
Columbia, SC to Skydive Carolina
Some GPS apps make an error at the last minute – directing our Columbia guests to turn the wrong way! Please note the correct directions below.
- Take I-77 North to EXIT 65.
- Take a LEFT off of the exit ramp onto 9.
- Drive 2 miles and Turn RIGHT onto 909 (Rodman Road).
- LANDMARK: There will be a cattle auction place immediately before this turn.
- Proceed on 909 for approximately 5 miles until reaching a STOP SIGN.
- Turn RIGHT onto 72/121 Saluda Road, then an immediate LEFT onto Aaron Burr / 909. You will cross over railroad tracks immediately once on Aaron Burr Road.
- You will arrive at a 4-Way Stop. Take a RIGHT, remaining on 909.
- LANDMARK: Take a right after the sign to Lake Oliphant. You are now 5 minutes away!
- Take a RIGHT onto State Road 190 / Darby Road. Skydive Carolina will immediately be on your left.
- Turn LEFT onto King Air Drive. You will see the large Skydive Carolina sign at the entrance.
